I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a "Bottom- Up" approach to therapy. I focus of emotional regulation, healing from trauma, self-development, and processing life's challenges. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained and certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning through EAGALA. I start therapy by creating emotional safety, trust, and rapport first. This will then allow the healing process to begin, when your ready, and at your own pace. My experience with horses since childhood connected me to the social work field which then led to the merge of my passion and purpose. It has a been a beautiful journey of hope, discovery, and courage which I inspire to now share with others. I love what I do and belief the no one should have to suffer alone. Life has very challenging times to it and therapy is an extremely beneficial support to getting through them.
